AKIOS WARRANTY:
Thank you for selecting to purchase a new AKIOS rod or reel that has been designed with you the angler in mind for the wonderful sport and pastime of fishing. We are very proud of the new AKIOS products and are very confident you will have many years trouble free use from your newly acquired AKIOS product. All AKIOS rods and reels are covered by a one year warranty from date of purchase and must be registered on line to uphold any claim against product failure in the twelve month period from date of purchase and covers defects in materials and parts.
After your twelve month warranty period has elapsed. we have a fully stocked service centre for all your spares and servicing requirements and which is controlled by AKIOS and their servicing partner Mr. Peter Coogan who has over 25 years of experience servicing and tuning high quality fishing reels. ONE YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY:
We will repair the defective product with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in material or workmanship. In this event, the product should be returned to AKIOS FISHING TACKLE for warranty service, we may offer to exchange the product with a new or rebuilt replacement product (repair) at no additional charge. For the avoidance of doubt, AKIOS FISHING TACKLE will exchange with a new or rebuilt like for like product if unrepairable.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IF A ROD OR REEL IS PRE-REGISTERED ON WEBSITE OR BY POST together with proof of purchase receipt (invoice) or other PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. This will be required before warranty performance is rendered.This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage or loss which results from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, modification, or service by anyone other than AKIOS FISHING TACKLE.
If within one year of purchasing your product, the unit malfunctions simply email info@akiosfishingtackle.com within one year of the invoice date to register your return and send to thepostal address below.
